  GET THERE BEFORE 5:00. Just left right now. My husband and I had an issue with our bill and our devices, the little girl with blonde hair paid us no attention and when she did she gave attitude. She was picking at her press on nails, playing with peices of her computer while we were trying to tell her our situation. I feel disrespected. She told us "the important people that work here leave around 5"..

  The AT&T store on Madison St is hand down the best AT&T store that I've ever been at. The employees are always friendly and eager to help! That's a rarity! I didn't have to wait long, was explained all of my options, didnt feel pushed into anything, and my bill is what they said it would be! Amazing! I highly recommend this location to everyone!
