  I’ve never been to an att store where they actually took the time to look at my bill and offer me a better solution. They did. Much better than the Wilma Store!

  I traded in my phone trusting that the salesperson would transfer all of my memory, as per usual. This was not done for me. I tried to do it at home unsuccessfully and came back to the store. The woman gave some assistance but left the rest up to us. Frustrated, I went to another cellphone dealership for assistance and the salesman helped me backup my memory. However, an entire years worth of memory was still gone. The man at the other dealership explained that if I had my old phone I could do a data transfer, so I called AT&T and asked if I could come in and have that done. I was informed that the phone I had traded in had already been factory reset and that my memory is gone. This dealership clearly only cares about getting the sale. VERY unhappy.
