  Came in at 9:10 to have balloons blown up. There were no other customers in the store. Two people were leaning on the counter talking. A third person was blowing up balloons on one tank. There were three tanks total. We were told it would be 15 minutes before they could blow up our balloons. When I stated that's too long for us the lady behind the counter got snarky. We decided just to leave without acknowledging that behavior. We have never been there before but will absolutely not be back. Edited to add that I was definitely not told anything about someone being ahead of me. I would have understood that. Nothing was explained to me until you wrote back to me just now. When I said that's too long our party is at 10, thanks though, the girl flippantly just said, "Ok." (Inserting her eye roll as well just to note it). I have no problem with someone being ahead of me. I have no problem with whatever process you go through to make balloons last longer. Just explain that. It is a blatant lie to say anything was "explained" to me. The only words the two people at the counter spoke were, "Hello" and "Ok". I'm happy you have a platform to tell people to make balloon appointments so they know for next time. As for my family we will just go right over to Publix like we did on Saturday and have our balloons blown up right then and there. No appointment necessary, just great customer service.

  Kip (i assume the owner) has always gone above and beyond for me whenever i walk in the door. I appreciate the local business feeling of this store and always choose this place over the big names. Clarksville is lucky to have it!
