  I used to shop her all the time, I say "used to" because I will no longer be doing so. The offer I got for your store to buy my items was insulting. I took in two boxes of items and was only offered $19 for 14 items. I ask the reason why all the rest of the items, which I hand picked out of the boxes and boxes I have were not selected(As I chose the "winter" items (jeans, sweaters, jackets etc) that they informed me last time that they were looking for). I was told there was "stains, fading, blah blah blah"(Their little script). First off I inspect every piece I take in and there are no stains, second, there may be fading but it is minimal as again I inspect every piece I take in. Besides that, you are a "second hand store", in other words: A USED clothing store! of course there will be a little fading on used clothing if it actually gets washed. So in other words they want only want you to bring in NEW clothing that they will offer you pennies for.
