  Ordered a tote online, wrong tote given to us in Hopkinsville, KY, called manager. He contacted Clarksville, TN store, they said they had 3 in stock. Drive to C-Ville to pick up, same one that we had. I showed 3 employees differences between both from online store site. They said what we ordered is what we received, I even showed them measurement. They said it was a corporate issue. They gave me the difference in price. Just BS, they didn't care. It's like they're just doing a job, customer complaints and concerns are not their problem.

  No help told to go online went online talked a prrson online told to use automated order system. Going to office max 28 miles down the road no problem told me they would make them while I wait. Should give office depot zero stars.
