  I went in to try and sell a laptop. Just because I upgraded the RAM, CPU, and Operating System, PROFESSIONALLY with a receipt from the manufacturer, they would not take it. What pawn shop does not want a "better" product to sell. There are a lot of things wrong with the owner of these two pawn shops on 41A, but the one that stands out is the employees and manager. Customer service is an understatement. Though, for some reason, the men that work here are alright, it's the women employees that put the shops to shame.
