  I drive a Chevy suburban with a 42 gallon fuel tank , at the current price of gas a fill up is in excess of $75. Their gas pumps cut off at $75, and you must go out in re do the entire point of sale exchange again. Their systems are so slow and lagging and with the ice cold weather we've been having I literally was outside just standing in front of the point of sale for in excess of 4 or 5 minutes. I like the gas station I like to company, but this location needs a severe software update so that the customer experience can be much more efficient and that's why I'm giving a 2 star rating. Also during the 2nd transaction, no receipt was printed and my wife had to go inside and get it, also extending our experience at this gas station.

  February 12th 2018, my fiance and I are a regular customer at this mapco. Today we went inside for my fiance to get cigarettes and a worker named Sara with brown hair and glasses(white woman) asked for both of our Id's. We are both over the age of 21. I had no problem with her asking for my I'D I just asked why she had to see it. She immediately cocked an attitude and said, "I'm not going to lose my job over you!". As we left she told us, "walk the fuck out that door!" I walked back in to get her name and the store number and the employees refused to apologize and kept giving reasons as to why they had the right yo speak yo us like that. I am not a happy customer. Sara needs to be fired for being disrespectful to customers and running customers off. I am very displeased with the staff at this store.
