  Was looking for a place that sold species of wood not found in chain lumber stores and was referred to this place. Walked in, introduced myself, explained that this was my first visit and just wanted to familiarize myself with their products in stock. Instead of being acknowledged and left to wonder on my own, an employee who looked like he'd been working very hard stopped what he was doing to show me around and help answer any questions I had. I was impressed with the knowledge the employees had on the different species of wood as well as their ability to aid in the different densities of wood I was looking for. He helped me rummage through a loose stack of hardwood for a board I needed and when I wasn't satisfied with exactly the board I was looking for he offered to bring me a new stack with the forklift without hesitation. I usually don't go over the top with my ratings and add a bunch of fluff to make it sound like I received something for a good review but this company, at least when I went, left a lasting impression on me and I will return anytime I need that perfect piece of wood. When I remember the name of the gentleman that helped me I will update this review.
