Reviews about Finish Line

Great customer service! My mom is in town visiting and we tried to find her some new trail shoes, finish line was our last hit of the day. The lady helped my mom see what type of arch she had in order to pick out the most comfortable shoe. She walked out with some new great trail shoes and inserts for $110! That's a deal for some nice Brooks. The lady was very friendly and helpful, and if you're reading this I hope you are taking things okay with the passing of your grandmother. It goes to shoe how great this employee was having a family member pass away the same day, and she was still so happy and helpful. We will be back again!

I’ve been a “winner’s Circle” rewards member for over 5 years now and almost exclusively bought all of my shoes there. Today’s experience in the Clarksville store has convinced me that I no longer want to do business with them. The “manager” and “Owner”, so she says, was as rude as possible about returning a pair of 1 week old never worn shoes with the receipt. She wanted to refuse my return and treated me like I was trying to return knockoffs. She also stated that she would make sure they never sold me any more retro’s and tried to threaten me with having security remove me even though I was never rude or raised my voice in the slightest. She, however, was very rude and disrespectful. When I asked her why she was making her own policy and not following the return policy on the back of the receipt she wouldnt let me have the receipt back to look at it. This was all so ridiculous and felt like she would have escalated it to a street fight if she wasn’t at her job. No professionalism, courtesy, or respect whatsoever. Foot Locker will now be getting the business they obvious don’t want.
